Dried cranberries (a mix of sliced and whole) are sweeter than fresh cranberries and can double for raisins in some recipes. Ours have a little cane sugar added as cranberries are quite bitter/sour without it, but that certainly doesn't interfere with that delicious tangy flavour that cranberry fanatics crave. Sweet and healthy... that's a win, win, if you ask us!
