Buy Oats Online - Bulk & Wholesale Prices
Oats are the cupboard staple that does it all – porridge, overnight oats, granola, flapjacks and oat flour. This is our full oats range, from 500g pouches to 25kg trade sacks.
Which oats should I choose?
- Jumbo Oats – large whole rolled oat flakes: thick, chewy and slower-cooking. Best for overnight oats, granola and flapjacks.
- Porridge Oats – smaller rolled flakes that cook in minutes for a creamy bowl, and blitz easily into oat flour for baking.
- Toasted Oats – ready-toasted with honey for muesli and toppings straight from the bag (vegetarian, not vegan).
- Gluten free – oats are naturally gluten free but are usually cross-contaminated with other cereals; our Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats and Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats come from certified uncontaminated production, suitable for coeliacs.
- Organic – Organic Jumbo Oats and Organic Porridge Oats carry full organic certification; the standard versions above are the lower-priced choice.
- Stock & Prep kilo bags – simple non-resealable value packs: Jumbo Oats 1kg, Porridge Oats 900g, Organic Jumbo 1kg, Organic Porridge 1kg, Gluten Free Jumbo 1kg and Gluten Free Porridge 1kg.
How to cook oats
Use double the quantity of liquid to oats with a pinch of salt – water for a lighter bowl, milk for a creamier porridge. Porridge oats are ready in a few minutes; jumbo flakes need around 8 minutes of simmering. For traditional steel-cut texture, see our oatmeal collection.

Oats FAQs
Are oats gluten free?
Oats are naturally gluten free, but standard oats are almost always cross-contaminated with wheat, barley and rye during growing, milling and transport, so they aren't safe for coeliacs. If you need guaranteed gluten free oats, choose our Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats or Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats, which come from certified uncontaminated production.
What's the difference between jumbo and porridge oats?
Both are wholegrain rolled oats – the difference is the size of the flake. Jumbo oats are large, thick flakes that stay chewy and hold their shape, making them best for overnight oats, granola and flapjacks (they need around 8 minutes of simmering). Porridge oats are smaller, thinner flakes that cook in a few minutes into a creamier bowl and blitz easily into oat flour for baking.
How much water do I need per portion of oats?
As a guide, use double the quantity of liquid to oats with a pinch of salt – roughly 50g oats to 300ml liquid per person for porridge. Use water for a lighter bowl or milk for a creamier one. Porridge oats are ready in a few minutes; jumbo flakes need around 8 minutes of simmering. For cold overnight oats, a 1:1 ratio of oats to liquid is plenty.
