Together Health General Multi is a once-a-day multivitamin and mineral capsule made from wholefood sources, including plant extracts, amla fruit, carrot root, lichen, fermented chickpea, chlorella and spirulina. Take one capsule a day with food, ideally in the morning. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients: Extract blend (guava leaf, holy basil leaf, amla fruit, curry leaf, lemon, agathi leaf, mustard seeds, carrot root, lichen, fermented chickpea, sunflower seed oil, cassava root, spinach leaf), purified seawater extract, chlorella, spirulina and gum acacia. Capsule (Vegetable cellulose). Allergens in bold.
Free from: Wheat; Soya; Gluten; Dairy; GM ingredients.
Directions: Take one capsule daily as a food supplement with food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if the seal is broken.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Reseal after every use and use within 60 days of opening.
