• Cacao Crispies, RAWGORILLA — 250g. Activated buckwheat with cacao, dates and coconut. 10% protein, Soil Association organic and Vegan Society certified. Cereal, yoghurt topper, or eaten dry by the handful.
• Organic Smooth Peanut Butter, RAWGORILLA — 500g. One ingredient: organic high-oleic peanuts, stone-milled. No palm oil, no added sugar, no salt. 25g protein per 100g.
• Popping Corn, Whole Food Earth — 1kg. Pop a big batch at the weekend and it covers the crunchy slot all week. A kilo of kernels makes an enormous amount of popcorn.
• Organic Dried Mango Slices, Whole Food Earth — 250g. Chewy, properly sweet, no added sugar. From Burkina Faso.
• Sea Salt Rice Crackers, Stock & Bite — 400g. 89% rice with chia seeds, 0.8g sugar per 100g. The savoury option, and the obvious partner for the peanut butter.
• Banana Chips Sweetened, Stock & Bite — 750g. Crisp, concentrated banana. The sweet one, and usually the first to go.

Storage

Store all items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Most come in non-resealable bags — transfer to airtight containers once opened. Stir the peanut butter before use; it contains no stabilisers, so the oil separates naturally. Use the peanut butter within 3 months of opening.
