What Is Oatmeal Medium?
Oatmeal is a type of porridge made from milled, steel cut or rolled wholegrain oats. Oatmeal is especially suited for making porridge, but can also be used as a thickener for sauces or milkshakes.
Why Should I Get Oatmeal Medium ?
To make porridge: Add a cupful of oats to a pint of water in a saucepan and bring to a steady simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and bring back to a simmer before serving with fruit, nut butter or honey to taste.

Storage Instructions:
