Ingredients
-
1 tbsp RAWGORILLA Raw Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
-
1 onion, finely chopped
-
2 garlic cloves, crushed
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
400g tin chopped tomatoes
-
2 tbsp tomato purée
-
1 tbsp RAWGORILLA Organic Coconut Aminos
-
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar
-
1 tsp cider vinegar

500g cooked haricot beans (about 225g dried, soaked and cooked as on the pack)
-
150ml water
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Toast, to serve
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.
Stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for a minute.
Add the tomatoes, tomato purée, coconut aminos, coconut sugar, vinegar and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth if you like a silkier sauce.
Add the haricot beans and simmer gently, stirring now and then, until the sauce is thick and glossy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on hot toast.
