Hibiscus Iced Tea with Lemon: A Vibrant Refresher perfect for hotter summer days.
Swap the "tacky," neon-coloured shop-bought teas for our Hibiscus Iced Tea with Lemon—a striking, ruby-red infusion that is as functional as it is beautiful. By using whole dried flowers and fresh citrus from your clean-label pantry, you avoid the industrial flavourings, phosphoric acid, and artificial sweeteners that plague processed drinks. This recipe is a masterclass in nutritional density, offering a potent dose of anthocyanins and vitamin C in every chilled glass.
Known as a "super-flower", hibiscus provides a gentle prebiotic effect that supports your microbiome while its natural tartness is perfectly balanced by the zesty lemon. It’s an honest, wholefood beverage that keeps you hydrated and energized without the "nasties" or the sugar crash.
