Ingredients

1 squash pumpkin
-
water 2,5l
-
chilli
-
vegetable stock cubes 2
-
nutmeg 1 tsp
-
ginger 1 tsp
-
salt 1 tsp
-
1 onion
-
garlic 2 cloves
-
extra virgin olive oil 3 tsp

organic sunflower seeds 4 tbs
Directions
In a large pot, add olive oil, chopped onion, and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chopped pumpkin and a bit of water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of water, stock cubes and cook for 20 min.
Blend the soup until smooth. Add spices and mix.
Serve with toasted sunflower seeds.
