Organic quinoa flour is the gluten-free baker's flour with character – stoneground-style milled quinoa with a distinctive earthy, nutty flavour.

Milled from whole quinoa, a seed rather than a true grain, this flour is naturally gluten-free and carries 14g of protein and 6.1g of fibre per 100g, with all nine essential amino acids. It bakes a denser, more compact crumb than wheat flour, which is why many bakers blend it with other flours.
