Ingredients

porridge oats 200g

plant based coconut milk 250ml

1 persimmon blended plus 4 thin slices for topping

pinch of salt

coconut oil 1tsp
-
walnut pieces
-
½ true cinnamon
Directions
In a small pot, melt 1 tsp coconut oil.
Add oats, fruit puree, pinch of salt and milk.
Warm it up on a medium heat and cook slowly, until the oats become creamy.
Serve in a small bowl, topped with walnuts and persimmon slices.
