onion (chopped)

organic ground nutmeg

Directions
In a medium size pot, add a bit of olive oil, chopped onion and garlic.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Add pumpkin, water, salt and cook for 20-30 min until soft.
Add ginger, nutmeg and blend using a blender until smooth.
Serve with topped with a sprinkle of olive oil and cracked black pepper.
