Description
EORA's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the best olives cultivated in the Peloponnese region of Greece, in the heart of Lakonia.Olive oil is known for having a low acidity and a lot of polyphenols. It has a deep, smooth flavour that goes well with any food.
Carefully picked from small to medium-sized farms and cold-pressed within 24 hours to keep its natural sweetness. Koroneiki is known for having a lot of polyphenols, whereas Athinolia, one of Greece's oldest olive kinds and native to Lakonia, is known for its smooth, well-balanced flavour.
Olive oil's acidity is always about 0.25%, and we always make sure it stays below 0.4%. The peroxide value is similarly very low, at about 6.00. Our oil has a very high polyphenol concentration of about 600 mg/kg, which is the most important thing about it.
EORA's olive oil is a perfect representation of what real Greek olive oil should be like: it tastes great, is very high quality, and has a lot of health advantages.
