- The everyday price: Pumpkin Seeds — same nutrition, no certificate.
- Ready to eat: Organic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds — roasted with nothing added.
- The blend: Organic Pumpkin & Sunflower Mix — a true 50/50, blended in the UK.
- By the kilo: Stock & Prep value bags — natural, organic and Austrian GWS AA.
- Premium single bag: RAWGORILLA Organic Pumpkin Seeds 1kg — plus their cold-pressed seed oil and seed butter.
How to use them
Toast raw seeds dry for two minutes to wake the flavour, scatter over soups, salads and porridge, bake into bread and flapjacks, or blend into pesto. Most sizes come in resealable, kerbside-recyclable pouches; bulk trade sacks run to 25kg, and WFE Club members get trade pricing.
Pumpkin Seeds FAQs
Are these pumpkin seeds shelled? Yes. These are the green inner kernels (sometimes called pepitas), with the white outer hull already removed, so they're ready to eat or cook with straight away.
Raw or roasted — which should I choose? Raw seeds are the most versatile, since you can toast or bake them however you like. Roasted seeds are ready to snack on as they are. We stock both, so it comes down to convenience.
How do I toast pumpkin seeds? Dry-toast them in a hot pan for a couple of minutes until they start to pop and smell nutty, or roast in the oven at around 180°C for 8–10 minutes. A splash of tamari at the end makes a good savoury snack.
Are pumpkin seeds good for you? They're a natural source of protein, zinc, magnesium and vitamin E. A small handful makes an easy, filling snack or a topping that adds crunch and nutrients to a meal.
How should I store them? Keep them in an airtight container somewhere cool, dark and dry. Their natural oils keep best sealed and out of sunlight, and the fridge or freezer extends their life further.
Do you deliver across the UK? Yes, we deliver UK-wide, with free standard delivery on mainland UK orders over £35. Delivery options and any extra charges for remote areas are shown at checkout.
