Which oatmeal should I choose?

Cooking oatmeal
Coarser cuts need a longer, gentler simmer than rolled oats – start with double the quantity of liquid to oatmeal, stir well and top up as it thickens. If you are short on time, rolled porridge oats are ready in a few minutes.
