Wild Elephant Organic Ground Cinnamon Cassia has a warm, sweet taste and a pungent aroma. It has a stronger flavour than other types of cinnamon.
All cinnamon types are all different. Cassia is made from the dried inner bark of evergreen trees in Asia. It has a dark brown-red colour and a bit rougher texture than Ceylon cinnamon.
Cinnamon is very versatile! You can add it to curries, stews, soups, baked goods, pancakes, desserts, hot beverages, cereal, porridge, smoothies, yogurt, desserts, ice cream and chai latte.
