Organic Canadian Strong White Bread Flour
Organic Special Canadian White Flour is a strong flour perfect for long fermentation breads like sourdough.
The naturally strong wheat protein present in this flour helps the dough during the fermentation process. It creates an open texture of the dough and allows it to be stretched, extended and moulded into different shapes.
This strong flour can also be use for baking with yeast. However, this kind of yeasted dough will require more kneading to achieve the best results.
This flour is made with carefully selected best blends of strong wheats harvested in different places around the world including those from the Canadian Prairies which are known for their unique strength.
Instructions For Use:
Cook/bake before consumption. Use for for different kinds of long fermentation bread and sourdoughs.
Storage Use:
Store in a sealed container, in a cool dark and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
