What Are Epsom Salts?
Epsom Salt is a naturally occurring mineral compound of Magnesium Sulphate, named after the spring that made it famous in Epsom, Surrey, England.
Ours is natural and sustainably sourced, and has been used for decades as a natural remedy for stress and tension, attributed to the relaxant effects of magnesium on the body.
Why Should I Get Epsom Salts?

It has been used for decades as a natural remedy for stress and tension, attributed to the relaxant effects of magnesium on the body. Moreover, Magnesium Sulphate is readily bio-available topically, as such easily absorbed through the skin, making it ideal for relaxing within the bath after a long day.
