This Organic Roasted Red Pepper Spread is made with sun-ripened peppers, extra virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and cashew nuts.
Red peppers and garlic give a delicious flavour and cashew nuts add some extra texture to the spread. A little bit of lemon juice and vinegar balance the final taste. Enjoy on toasts, sandwiches, salads and sauces.
