Instructions For Use:
Pearl barley is used in breads, soups and stews. It can be made into a salad for a substantial main meal, or it can be used in place of Arborio rice in risotto. It is the primary ingredient of the Italian dish Orzotto and one of the main ingredients of the Jewish dish Cholent.
