Instructions For Use:
Snack them alone straight from the bag. Sprinkle them into any meal. Add them to your porridge, cereal bowl, smoothie, soup, or yoghurt. Baking: add them to biscuits, muffins and breads.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
