Stock, Orders & Delivery Updates

Many of us are experiencing trading and everyday life conditions which are unprecedented in our lifetime because of the current Covid-19 crisis.

We're Here To Help & Serve Our Loyal Customers

Due to the current unforeseen circumstances (which we all are going through everyday), we have had to take some new measures to ensure we are able to handle the increase in demand, while also getting your orders to you in a timely manner.

1 – Standard delivery orders will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days, but we aim to get all orders delivered ASAP.

2 – As we try to manage our stock levels and demand, you may notice more items and sizes are temporarily out of stock or may cause delays to your order. We are working hard with our suppliers to ensure we are able to offer you our full range of products, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

3 – Currently we are not approving new Bulk accounts.  

4 - Due to the increase demand, packaging of Wholefood Earth’s products may be different then shown on the website. 

Processes have been put in place to as best as possible, mitigate the situation but we stress – as best as possible!

The impact of this growing situation which would appear to be quite some way off hitting its peak, is clearly a knock on effect throughout the logistical management of our warehouse operations.

Availability of goods from our suppliers, then actual goods coming in and getting put away for example, balanced against much larger than normal and more frequent orders getting picked and sent out.

We are working flat out to make sure ALL the processes are addressed that get our customers they’re goods but clearly there is not endless resource and we can only work to the best of our abilities which ultimately means 100% of anything is extremely challenging if not near impossible at the present time.

Order Service levels, delivery days and times MAY BE and in a lot of cases WILL BE affected (service levels in particular) and this situation changes hourly not daily, so we ask that you try to bear with us in the knowledge that we really are stretched as much as we can to try to fulfil the needs of ALL of our customers.

We appreciate your understanding, as all of these changes are to ensure we can offer our product and services fairly to everyone that needs them in this difficult time.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for the tireless work they have been putting in, to help us get our orders out as soon as possible.
