Clearspring organic wide udon noodles give an authentic taste of Japan to your noodle dishes.

The extra-wide noodles are made by a family of artisans in Japan using organic, semi-wholewheat flour. They’re made using a traditional roll-and-cut method, rather than more industrialized extrusion methods.

Add the wide udon noodles to broths or miso soup for a filling meal. Or fry the noodles with meat and vegetables after boiling to make yakiudon, a Japanese fried noodle dish. The organic wide udon noodles cook in boiling water in 10 minutes.

Preparation and Usage

To prepare, bring plenty of water to the boil, add noodles (100g per serving) and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes, then rinse briefly under cold water.
