This semi-soft cashew cheese has a delicious creamy texture. The base is made out of 4 simple ingredients, filtered water with added magnesium, organic activated cashews (soaked in filtered water ), sea salt and live cultures and the gut-friendly juice of Bottlebrush Ferment’s award-winning kimchi.
Pure organic cashews and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt gives it a rich natural creamy cheesy flavour, covered with a mix of Korean chilli flakes. The chilli is not hot and adds an earthy and sweeter touch.
These are handcrafted vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives. The traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals is what is used to create these artisan cheeses.
Shelf life: 8 weeks in the refrigerator, can be frozen, consume within 3 days.
