Stone ground very finely from soft English wheat grain.
Fine wholemeal flour, because of its smaller particle size and therefore larger surface area, absorbs water at a much faster and more consistent rate in comparison to medium and coarse sized wholemeal flours. This means you don’t need to add as much extra liquid as normally would with wholemeal recipes.
Unlike standard flour, nothing is removed during the processing of wholemeal flour, meaning all the goodness is retained. It’s packed with fibre, protein, minerals, and vitamins and also high in iron and calcium.

Our finely milled stoneground wholemeal flour is ideal for general use in the kitchen. Its finer consistency also makes it the perfect for creating light wholemeal pastries, cakes, scones, and sauces.
