Our Organic Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour is milled the old fashioned way, using a blend of strong hard wheats in the stoneground process, to create a 100% wholemeal flour.
We've selected the finest wheat to create a flour that's ideal for oven baked yeast cookery.
Unlike standard flour, nothing is removed during the processing of wholemeal flour, meaning all the goodness is retained. It’s packed with fibre, protein, minerals, and vitamins and also high in iron and calcium.
Instructions For Use:
Our wholemeal flour can be used for breadmaking, pasta, pastries, and baked goods such as scones, cakes, and muffins. Wholemeal flour is much denser than white flour, so make sure to add extra water when baking.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
