This spelt version of the Italian classic is a vegan-friendly bread that is soft and spongy with a fine, light texture and pockets of air within. This panettone has a golden exterior with light brown coloured bread inside that is laden with vanilla and vanilla flavouring as well as rich dark chocolate.
