Instructions For Use:
Place 2 cups liquid for every 1 cup of oat bran for a fibre-rich porridge. Sprinkle on fresh fruit and yoghurt. Add to breakfast muffins recipes for a source of fibre. Add to smoothies for a boost in fibre
