Quick and easy pizza dough to make at home Italian style. All you need is good pizza flour (organic premium pizza flour), some water, dry yeast and salt. This recipe is sugar-free and makes 2 pizzas.
Ingredients

organic premium pizza flour 500 g

water 250 ml (lukewarm)

salt 1½ tsp

extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp

quick dry yeast 1 sachet
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt together. Always choose organic flour when possible.
Add the olive oil and lukewarm water and combine the ingredients. On a floured surface knead the dough until smooth. Form a large dough ball.
Set aside in a bowl under a clean cotton towel. Leave to rest for 30 min at least
Prepare your favourite toppings. Bake in the oven in 220C.
TIPS for a healthier pizza:
Pizza doesn’t have to be unhealthy. Choose your toppings wisely (no processed meats, no excess of cheese). Opt for natural good quality ingredients, vegetables, organic tomato passata, top it with fresh leafy greens and seeds to add more fibre to it.
