                      Ingredients
- 
mascarpone 1 (you can also use a dairy-free version) 
- 
plant based whipping cream 1 
- 
                
                
espresso (freshly brewed) 
- 
long puffy Italian almond biscuits or simply any puff biscuits like ladyfingers 
- 
Amaretto or Almond syrup (optional) 
- 
sugar powder 50g 
- 
vanilla syrup 2 tbsp 
- 
                
                
cocoa for dusting on the top 
Directions
- In a flat dish, make a layer of the biscuits and pour over the coffee and a bit of Amaretto. Let them soak in the espresso. 
- In the meantime prepare the cream. - In a large bowl, whip the cream and mix in the mascarpone, add vanilla and sugar, syrup and combine all the ingredients. 
- Cover the layer of biscuits with a thick layer of biscuits. 
- Add one more layer of mixed cream with mascarpone, spread evenly. 
- Dust it with a layer of cocoa.
