This watermelon and coconut water drink is easy to make and will help you to cool down on hot summer days. If you use Magnesium water, it will help you revitalise the lost minerals - which makes it a perfect drink during heatwave.
Ingredients

1 small ripe watermelon (or half of a larger one)

1 litre coconut water

1 lime (juiced)

A few slices of lime for decoration

sparkling mineral water or Magnesium Water
Directions
Please, note that for this recipe watermelon should cold (kept in the fridge for a few hours).
Cut the watermelon into cubes. Place it in a large jug or pot.
Add coconut water, lime juice and blend it until everything is liquid.
Fill a half glass with watermelon pulp and add a splash of sparkling mineral water. Decorate with a slice of lime and enjoy!
