plant based milk 1 cup

boiling water 1 cup

dark agave 2-3 tsp

organic ashwagandha powder 1-2 tsp

true cinnamon 1 tsp

organic star anise 2

black tea 1 bag

organic cinnamon stick 1
Directions
Prepare boiling water. In a small pot, make the black tea infusion with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
Warm up the plant-based milk (don’t boil it).
Add agave (as much as you like) and cinnamon to the tea and stir.
Add milk to the tea and mix. Enjoy hot, sprinkled with some extra cinnamon.
