                      Ingredients
- 
plant based milk 1 cup 
- 
boiling water 1 cup 
- 
                
                
dark agave 2-3 tsp 
- 
                
                
organic ashwagandha powder 1-2 tsp 
- 
                
                
true cinnamon 1 tsp 
- 
                
                
organic star anise 2 
- 
                
                
black tea 1 bag 
- 
                
                
organic cinnamon stick 1 
Directions
- Prepare boiling water. In a small pot, make the black tea infusion with a cinnamon stick and star anise. 
- Warm up the plant-based milk (don’t boil it). 
- Add agave (as much as you like) and cinnamon to the tea and stir.
