Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
-
2 slices of toasted sourdough
-
sea salt
-
olive oil
-
fresh ground black pepper
-
oregano
-
half lemon - juiced
-
seeds for topping
Directions
Toast the sourdough.
In a small bowl, place the peeled avocado and mash it with a fork. Note: avocado should be ripe and soft.
Add salt, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, black pepper and mix. Add some oregano on top.
Top the sourdough with the avocado mixture. Garnish with some seeds of your choice.
