Ingredients

butter beans canned 300g (drained)

pickled beetroots chopped 200g

1 onion chopped

pickled cucumbers 4 chopped

olive oil 3 tbsp

salt for taste

black pepper for taste

mustard 2 tbsp

cumin 1 tsp
Directions
Chop the beets, cucumber, onion.
In a large bowl, add drained butter beans. Add chopped veggies.
Add 1 tsp cumin, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix.
Serve as a meal or as side dish.
