Super easy berry tart

Super easy and quick puff pastry berry tart with a hint of true cinnamon.
 
                      Ingredients
- 
ready reduced-fat vegan puff pastry 1 sheet (round) 
- 
frozen berries 2-3 cups 
- 
sugar 1 tbsp 
- 
corn flour 1 tbsp 
- 
icing sugar for dusting 
- 
true cinnamon ½ tsp 
- 
brown sugar 4 tbsp 
- 
melted plant-based butter 2 tbsp 
Directions
- If you’re using strawberries - make sure they are not too big and cut them into small pieces. 
- Heat the oven to 200C degrees. 
- Prepare the berries: In a small pot, mix the berries with brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 spoons of melted butter. Warm up on a medium heat. 
- Roll the defrosted puff pastry out onto a round baking sheet. Make sure the pastry covers the side. Add the berries and spread them evenly. 
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown. 
- Sprinkle with icing sugar for extra sweetness.
