Super easy berry tart

Super easy and quick puff pastry berry tart with a hint of true cinnamon.
Ingredients

ready reduced-fat vegan puff pastry 1 sheet (round)

frozen berries 2-3 cups

sugar 1 tbsp

corn flour 1 tbsp
-
icing sugar for dusting

true cinnamon ½ tsp

brown sugar 4 tbsp
-
melted plant-based butter 2 tbsp
Directions
If you’re using strawberries - make sure they are not too big and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the oven to 200C degrees.
Prepare the berries: In a small pot, mix the berries with brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 spoons of melted butter. Warm up on a medium heat.
Roll the defrosted puff pastry out onto a round baking sheet. Make sure the pastry covers the side. Add the berries and spread them evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Sprinkle with icing sugar for extra sweetness.
Serving tip: serve warm with a scoop of ice-cream.
