Ingredients
2 Cups frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 Cup almond milk

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender
Pulse or Blend until preferred consistency is accquired
Serve into your favourite tumbler
Let sit for a few minutes (this allows the chia seeds to work their magic)
Enjoy the delicious and refreshing smoothie!
