Easy to make, frittata without eggs!

Ingredients

chickpea flour 200g

soy milk or oat milk 200 ml

black salt kala namak
-
olive oil
-
black pepper
-
chives (chopped)
-
garlic powder 1 tbsp
-
frozen or tinned green peas (½ cup)

dried parsley or fresh parsley chopped (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine chickpea flour and milk.
Add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped parsley and whisk until fluffy.
On a small pan, heat up some oil.
Add chopped chives, green peas and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Pour over the chickpea flour mixture. Spread evenly.
Fry on both sides until golden.
