Easy to make, frittata without eggs!

                      Ingredients
- 
chickpea flour 200g 
- 
soy milk or oat milk 200 ml 
- 
black salt kala namak 
- 
olive oil 
- 
black pepper 
- 
chives (chopped) 
- 
garlic powder 1 tbsp 
- 
frozen or tinned green peas (½ cup) 
- 
dried parsley or fresh parsley chopped (optional) 
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine chickpea flour and milk. 
- Add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, chopped parsley and whisk until fluffy. 
- On a small pan, heat up some oil. 
- Add chopped chives, green peas and saute for 2-3 minutes. 
- Pour over the chickpea flour mixture. Spread evenly.
