This delicious chocolate cake takes only 30 min to bake.
Ingredients

cake flour 1 cup

wholemeal flour ½ cup
-
baking powder 1 tsp
-
raspberry jam 1 tbsp

apple cider vinegar 1 tbs

sunflower oil ⅓ cup

flaxseed egg replacement 3 tbsp

plant based milk ½ cup

sea salt 1tsp
-
1 dark chocolate (melted)

1 white chocolate (melted)

chopped peanuts
Directions
Heat up the oven 180 C.
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients: oil, dark chocolate, marmalade, vinegar, milk, flaxseed.
Combine both, dry and wet ingredients.
Pour into a tray (spread with butter before). Bake for 30 min until cooked.
Top with melted white chocolate, sea salt and crushed peanuts.
