Crunchy and delicious - homemade peanut butter biscuits to pair with your tea!

Ingredients

peanut butter 2 tbsp

whole grain flour 200g

dairy free butter 2 tbsp

pinch of salt

flaxseed egg (mix 2tbsp ground flaxseed with 4 tbsp hot water)

brown sugar 4 tbsp

baking powder ½ tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Sift flour and baking powder together into a large bowl and mix to combine.
Add flaxseed egg, peanut butter, butter, salt, sugar and combine them to make a dough.
Divide the dough into small pieces (2 cm) and shape into balls.
Flatten the balls into thin round shaped biscuits.
Place them on the baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 min until golden and crunchy.
