white rice 200g (cooked)

frozen peas 150 g

frozen carrots 150 g

salt
-
black pepper for taste

sunflower oil

1 small onion

your favourite spices
Directions
Prepare the rice - cook it in a water with salt, set aside to cool down.
On a large pan, heat up some sunflower oil. Add the chopped onion and fry for a few minutes.
Add the carrots and peas, add the rice. Add salt, black pepper and your favourite spices.
Mix and fry to combine all the flavours.
