Easy and tasty grilled tofu skewers not only for vegans! Marinated in two ways!
Ingredients

tofu of your choice
ground cumin 1 tbs
smoked paprika 1 tbs
chilli ½ tsp
cinnamon 1 tbsp
agave 2 tbs
olive oil or sunflower oil 4 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
nutritional yeast 1 tbs
ground oregano 1 tbs
basil pesto 1 tbs
ground rosemary 1 tbs
1 bell pepper (cut in slices)
1 onion (cut in slices)
Directions
Prepare the tofu. Remove the excess of water using tofu press. Cut it in small cubes. (not too small). For this recipe we used 2 packages of tofu 250 g each.
Marinade 1: Italian herbs
In a medium size bowl mix 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs agave, oregano, pesto, garlic powder, rosemary, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
Marinade 2: smoked and spicy
In a medium bowl mix 2 tbs olive oil, agave, salt, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin and chilli.
Add half of your tofu cubes to each of the marinades. Toss carefully so tofu is well covered in the seasoning. Leave for at least 30 min.
Add them on skewers, together with onion and peppers. Grill on each side.
