The best way to start your day! These overnight oats are quick, easy, and OATally tasty.

Ingredients

40g Oats

120 ml Oat Milk ( or any plant milk of your choice - can be sweetened or unsweetened)

2-3 tbsp Chia Seeds

Drizzle of Maple Syrup

Fruit of your choice - blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raisins

Walnuts

Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Directions
Grab a mason jar or small bowl, and add the milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup and stir them together.
Pour in the oats, make sure it is all well mixed and the oats have been fully covered by the milk.
Cover with a lid or secure seal and pop in the fridge overnight to soak.
In the morning you can enjoy the oats hot or cold. If you prefer them hot, just pop in the microwave for 1 minute.
Add the toppings - fruit, walnuts, cinnamon and another drizzle of maple syrup.
Enjoy! They should keep for 2-3 days in the fridge but we think they taste best the morning after.
