                      Ingredients
- 
                
                
300g buckwheat flour 
- 
2 eggs or egg replacer, for example Aquafaba 75g 
- 
30g sunflower oil 
- 
200ml dairy-free milk 
- 
                
                
1 tsp baking soda 
Directions
- In a large bowl, put flour, eggs or egg replacer, milk, baking soda, pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients until the batter becomes smooth. 
- Add oil and mix everything together.
- Fry on a hot pan. Flip the pancakes and fry on the both sides.
