Ingredients
- 100g organic quinoa flakes
- 125g raw almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 110g honey (or maple syrup)
- 30g organic roasted cocoa nibs
- 20g chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
In a bowl, mix quinoa flakes, chia seeds, and cocoa nibs.
Add almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.
Stir until fully combined. If the mixture feels too wet, let it sit 5–10 minutes.
Roll into small balls (~2.5cm diameter).
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
