                      Ingredients
- 
2 large cucumbers 
- 
                
                
1 cup of broken walnuts pieces 
- 
1 celery stick 
- 
fresh dill 
- 
                
                
extra virgin olive oil 
- 
1 lemon juiced 
- 
                
                
cracked black pepper 
- 
1 small onion 
Directions
- Cut the cucumber in half (alongside) and chop into thin slices. 
- Chop the celery and onion thinly and chop the dill. 
- Add the ingredients to the bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix. 
- Add broken walnut pieces.
