Ingredients

2 large cucumbers

1 cup of broken walnuts pieces

1 celery stick

fresh dill
-
extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon juiced

cracked black pepper

1 small onion
Directions
Cut the cucumber in half (alongside) and chop into thin slices.
Chop the celery and onion thinly and chop the dill.
Add the ingredients to the bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix.
Add broken walnut pieces.
Serve a side dish for fish, meat, potatoes.
