Ingredients

organic chickpea 500g (soaked, washes and drained)
-
large onion 1 whole
-
garlic cloves 2
-
bay leaves 4
-
2 lemons juiced
-
organic oregano 2 tsp
-
olive oil 3 tbs
-
chickpea flour - 2 tbsp
-
water
-
salt for taste
-
black pepper for taste
Directions
Soak the chickpea overnight.
In a medium size pot, add olive oil, onion, bay leave and simmer for 5 min.
Add water, chickpea, sea salt and cook until chickpea is ready.
Thickening: In a small bowl, add lemon juice and chickpea flour. Mix it until it’s well combined.
Add a little bit of soup to this mixture and then stir this mixture in the soup.
Add oregano, salt, black pepper for taste.
Enjoy with a slice of sourdough or a toast.
