Cook your favourite pasta ‘al dente’ according to the info on the packaging. Add some salt to boiling water. We go for penne.
When your pasta is cooked, drain it but leave a bit of water on the bottom of the pot.
Add your pesto (as much as you want) and 2 tbs of olive oil.
Mix pasta with pesto. Add nutritional yeast. Mix everything!
Serve topped with some extra nooch - it will give your pasta a cheesy flavour. You can also top it with grated vegan parmesan.
