Description
Magic Magnesium Glycinate from New Nordic is a two-a-day tablet. It pairs magnesium bisglycinate with a B-vitamin complex, vitamin D and extracts of maritime pine bark and long pepper. Take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of water; a pack of 60 tablets lasts 30 days.
“Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue” (New Nordic). Two tablets provide 240mg of magnesium, 64% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster Aiton), glazing agents (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol) niacinamide, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), calcium-D-pantothenate, methylcobalamin, long pepper extract (Piper longum L.), cholecalciferol, pyridoxine, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin.
Directions: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening with a glass of water (2 tablets daily).
