Ingredients

chestnuts puree 200g
-
mushrooms 250g
-
water 2.5l
-
dried rosemary 1 tsp
-
black pepper for taste
-
salt for taste

1 onion
-
garlic 2 cloves
-
organic extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
Directions
In a large pot, add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms. Simmer for 10 min.
Add chestnuts puree, water, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook for 20 min.
Blend the soup into smooth and creamy. Serve sprinkled with rosemary and 2 slices of mushroom.
