Ingredients

4 ripe yellow or green apples

lemon jelly 1

berry jam 4 tbsp

oats 4 tsp

4 digestive biscuits (for crumble)
Directions
Heat up the oven 180C.
Gently cut off the inside of the apples.
Fill them up with a mixture of jam and oats.
Bake for 30 min until soft. Set aside to cool down.
Prepare the jelly. Place in the fridge to cool down. When the jelly starts setting, pour it over the apples, creating a slimy covering.
Serve topped with crushed digestive biscuits.
