fresh spinach 1 bag

strawberries 300g

walnuts 100 g (broken)

tofu (for a vegan version) or mozarella

salt

organic cracked black pepper

fresh mint

fresh coriander

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

agave
Directions
Directly on a plate/s - add spinach, topped with chopped strawberries, chopped mint, coriander, tofu.
Dressing: In a small bowl add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, agave, mix together.
Pour the dressing on the prepared salad before serving.
